Ray Hoover
Public Engagement Manager, Apex Clean Energy

Ray holds a degree in Political Science and Communications from St. Cloud State University and has more than 15 years of experience in government and as a community organizer for nonprofits and campaigns.

As a Public Engagement Manager, Ray works closely with local elected leaders, community leaders, landowners, and residents to gather local feedback, answer common questions, and work with communities to help realize their opportunities for renewable energy development. Ray lives in Minnesota with his wife Sarah and their cats, Pancake and Hashbrown.
